Refund Policy & Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Policy


No Refund Policy

All golf cart rental bookings are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Early returns

  • Changes in plans

  • Weather conditions

  • Unused rental time

  • Dissatisfaction not related to mechanical failure

2. Weather Policy

Rentals operate rain or shine. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to weather conditions.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations at any time will not qualify for a refund

  • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount

4. Mechanical Issues

If a golf cart becomes inoperable due to a mechanical issue:

  • A replacement cart will be provided if available

  • If a replacement is not available, a prorated credit or reschedule option may be offered at management’s discretion

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice (minimum 48–72 hours) and is subject to availability. This is a courtesy and not guaranteed.

6. Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy in full.
